CIVIL RIGHTS APPEALS:
The Noble Law Firm provides representation to plaintiffs on appeal in civil rights cases. Antony Noble has represented inmates on appeal with claims of constitutional violations against prison officials. He is also part of a team of lawyers providing representation to Professor Ward Churchill in his appeal of Denver District Court's entry of judgment in favor of the University of Colorado on his claim that the University violated his First Amendment rights when it dismissed him for engaging in protected speech.
IMMIGRATION APPEALS:
The Noble Law Firm will provide representation to immigrants before the Board of Immigration Appeals in cases in which removal has been ordered because of criminal convictions.
