FELONY APPEALS:  The Noble Law Firm provides representation in criminal appeals in the Colorado Supreme Court, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. The Noble Law Firm has been successful in many appeals from county court and municipal court to the district court.

POSTCONVICTION PROCEEDINGS:  The Noble Law Firm provides assistance to people convicted of crimes who are seeking a new trial, an appeal, or a withdrawal of a guilty plea. Antony Noble has represented inmates on appeal with claims of constitutional violations against prison officials, and he was also part of a team of lawyers providing representation to a professor in his appeal of the district court's entry of judgment in favor of a university on his claim that the university violated his First Amendment rights when it dismissed him for engaging in protected speech.

PROBATION, PAROLE AND PARDONS:  The Noble Law Firm provides assistance with termination of probation, parole hearings, termination of parole, and applications for pardons and clemency.  The Noble Law Firm has recently helped elderly and sick inmates with applications for release on special needs parole due to the risks of them being in prison during the coronavirus pandemic.
