BRYAN COLLINS is an associate at The Noble Law Firm and advocates for clients on appeal and in postconviction proceedings.

Bryan received his law degree from the University of Colorado before beginning his legal career as a law clerk for the 20th Judicial District in Boulder.  He honed his legal research and writing skills while working with the judiciary and gained valuable experience for his current postconviction and appellate advocacy by working with judges in criminal courtrooms on a daily basis, learning as much as he could about the pitfalls that can befall a defendant’s case at the trial level before departing.

Since joining The Noble Law Firm, Bryan has litigated a wide variety of postconviction and appellate criminal defense matters, including representing clients convicted of first-degree murder, felony murder, sex offenses, assault, drug convictions, and various misdemeanors. 

Bryan’s advocacy has included meticulous research and drafting of written briefings, litigating evidentiary hearings at the trial court level, presenting oral argument before the Colorado Court of Appeals, and vigorous negotiation with prosecutors behind the scenes to obtain better outcomes for his clients.  Bryan has a proven track record of success advocating on behalf of his clients and was selected for inclusion in the Rising Stars section of Colorado Super Lawyers® 2026 under the practice area of appellate law
